✅ General Conduct

1. Respect the Driver and Other Passengers – Disruptive or abusive behavior will not be tolerated.
2. No Smoking, or Drugs – Strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
3. Keep Noise to a Minimum – Use headphones for music and phone calls.
4. No Weapons or Hazardous Materials – For the safety of all, these items are not allowed onboard.

🧳 Baggage Policy

1. Luggage Limits Apply – Please refer to our baggage allowance when booking.
2. Secure Belongings – We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
3. Oversized or Extra Luggage – Must be declared in advance and may incur additional fees.

🕒 Booking & Cancellations

1. Advance Booking Required – Same-day reservations may be subject to availability.
2. All booking requires a nonrefundable deposit
3. Remaining balance is due 1 week prior to reservation date
4. Cancellation Policy – Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance to receive a credit towards next booking or a refund of 50% from payment 
5. No-Shows – Passengers who miss their scheduled pick-up may be charged in full.

⏱️ Pick-up & Drop-off

1. Be on Time – Drivers will wait up to 15 minutes at pick-up locations.
2. Correct Location Required – Ensure your pick-up and drop-off locations are accurate when booking.
3. Delays May Occur – While we strive for punctuality, traffic and weather may cause delays.

🛑 Safety Rules

1. Seatbelts Must Be Worn – Required by law and for your safety.
2. Children Must Be Secured – Child safety seats must be used where required.
3. Follow Driver Instructions – At all times during the ride.

📌 Additional Notes

1. Pets – Only service animals are allowed unless otherwise arranged.
2. Damage to Vehicle – Passengers may be held liable for damage caused during their ride.  $600 will be automatically from card on file, if any damage occurs. $500 clean fee will be deducted per individual who vomit in vehicle.
